Hello there and welcome to Highland Sugar Flowers.

I am a full-time mother with a passion for flower making. I am based in Inverness, the capital of the Scottish Highlands. I work with both edible flower pastes as well as non-edible flower pastes. However, due to the flower making method I use, regardless of the flower paste used, flowers are for (cake or otherwise) decoration only. I am working towards fully edible flowers, so keep an eye on Create your own.
